On Prostate HealthMy urologist was astonished about what I did. He asked me for a link to the book. His comment to me was if I can heal people without medication, that would be preferred, even if it means that I would make less money in the process.In the beginning when I was having problems with frequent urination, I sought help from a urologist. I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. I was given two medications to help reduce the urge to urinate. Prior to my visit I had been practicing the exercises in the Multi Orgasmic Man so I was familiar with the author Mantak Chia. I had often searched through his titles to see what else he had written so I knew that he had written about prostate health. I was hesitant to take the medication that the doctor prescribed because I felt that covering up the symptoms was not a cure and to what end would the side effects lead to? I began reading in earnest and practicing the exercises.The following year at my urologist visit, he checked my prostate and then asked me if I was taking the medication. I told him that I was afraid to take the medication because of possible side effects and decided to take a different approach. I explained about the book and the exercises. I told him that I wanted to give Eastern medicine a try to see if it works. He said to me at that time that the prostate was still enlarged but less than the exam of the previous year. This is when he asked me about the book and for the link to it.The following year during my exam, my prostate was determined to be normal size. I canât tell you what relief this brought me. The greatest help in the book was Master Chiaâs explanation of the anatomy of the pelvic cavity and the importance of strengthening the PC muscle. Most of the focus of prostate health is on the ability of the PC muscle to be able to keep gravity from squeezing down on the prostate. Well, it worked. I now regularly pay attention to keeping my PC muscle in tip top shape knowing that it helps the prostate to stay healthy. Much thanks to Master Chia.Nomistay
