After taking it for about a month or two, I noticed an improvement in my digestion, energy and sleep quality. Product seems to be having a positive impact on health. I know itâs hard to say what would fully be the reason for certain changes to moods and drive to get up and go. I bought Shilajit to help me get up and go and have more energy and drive at the gym. After months of feeling lethargic and tired I used a pea sized amount of shilajit every morning for 2 weeks and noticed a vast improvement to my drive and mood. Seems to be great value for money because I have way over 1/2 the pot left!Iâd say the worst part is the taste, I found a black coffee espresso size is the best way to take it and then you donât notice the taste.
